Yes he did fix it. Not working before, working now means fixed it to me. Who cares if it's a different service?
Allison, if Stewie is your baby's hero, you need to watch your baby after the kid's born... :P
Baby Reddick, Fixing it implies that he did something with the old service. When your dad's car breaks, does he fix it (or pay someone else to) or does he get another car?
